About the ADC

In 1882, the CUADC raised enough money to buy what was previously known as the Hoop Hotel; this building has gradually come to be the ADC Theatre students all know and love. During term time, there are usually 2 shows per night, with a Saturday matinee and regular Footlights shows. Some famous faces who have graced the ADC stage include Emma Thompson, Hugh Laurie, David Mitchell and Stephen Fry.
The ADC is located on Park Street, which is adjoined to Jesus Lane.
